General Return/Refund Policy for Micro Smart Systems Products

Thanks for purchasing our products at www.microsmartsystems.com operated by Micro Smart Systems Pty Ltd.

Due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, purchased items or software that have technical defects or not delivering the intended function or purpose will be completely refunded or returned with no questions asked within 14 business calendar days of your purchase.

The money will be refunded to the original payment method you have used during the purchase. For credit payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

For any unopened items or products in its original conditions will be accepted for a full refund within 30 calendar days with similar process to the used items or software.

For any returned damaged products or software, we will send you a replacement copy within 30 business days of your purchase. If you have any additional questions or would like to request a refund, feel free to contact us.
